Collection & Delivery

Unless you prefer to deliver and pickup yourself, we will handle shipments to and from you. Scan Solutions can arrange for pick-up and delivery of your documents FREE OF CHARGE. Our friendly and approachable staff will help you make the necessary arrangements for pick-up and delivery times to fit your schedule. We can also work with the courier company of your choice.

On-Site Service

We do most of our service at our secure production facility, but we can also bring our equipment and employees to your location, and perform the job onsite.

Storage and Destruction

We can arrange to return or destroy your original documents. Scan Solutions offers two options for the final disposition of your records. After conversion, we can either return the documents to you, or directly to your storage facility, or we can arrange for destruction by a certified shredding company.
