Scan Solutions view documents and data security with the utmost of care and regard. The handling, transporting, scanning and security of all our customers’ hard copy or computer files is done under the direct supervision of Scan Solutions management and in keeping with our quality procedures.

Note: Scan Solutions agrees to hold confidential all client information will not be shared with any person or entity without written permission of the client. Scan Solutions will only disclose such information when required to do so by law or as requested by government or law enforcement authorities.

  • CONFIDENTIAL:
    • Every personnel, employee of Scan Solutions has signed a statement of non-disclosure, this is kept on file at Scan Solutions
  • SECURE:
    • All pickup and delivery, our personnel will verify each box and transmittal lists upon pick up.
